Trauma, Attach(me)nt and Resilience 2026

Hosted by
Quantum Way
March 18-April 1
Online

Trauma touches every layer of life—our personal histories, attachment relationships, families, communities, and institutions. It can leave us feeling unsafe, disconnected, and alone, especially because it affects both mind and body. The Trauma, Attach(e)ment & Resilience Summit is an invitation to step out of that isolation and into shared learning, connection, and support.

This online summit brings together 34 internationally recognized experts to make complex trauma topics practical, clear, and accessible. Through talks, conversations, and applied learning, participants gain concrete tools to better understand trauma, support healing, and build resilience. Since 2020, more than 200,000 participants have joined this global learning community.

The Invisible Trauma of Early Childhood Neglect: Recognition and Treatment for a Large, Suffering and Long Neglected Client Population

Hosted by
New Zealand Psychological Society
June 17
Online

Early childhood neglect is one of the most pervasive—and least recognized—forms of major trauma. In this introductory workshop, participants will explore the foundational neuroscience of neglect, the impact of missing attachment experiences, common symptom patterns, and core treatment considerations.

Although attachment research increasingly recognizes early neglect as a primary developmental trauma (and it was identified in the original ACEs study), this understanding has been slower to reach everyday clinical practice and the broader public. Many survivors struggle with chronic depression, low agency, attention difficulties, and relational challenges, yet often say, “Nothing happened to me.” In many ways, that is the paradox of neglect: it is a trauma of what did not happen.

Designed to build awareness and clinical curiosity, this training brings visibility to a frequently overlooked population and offers a practical starting point for more informed, compassionate, and effective support.
